This sew on the line project kit includes a printed stabilizer substrate.

Printed sew-on-the-line stabilizer base for one tote bag
Webbing for straps is included (to be covered with fabric)
Easy-to-follow instructions
Designed primarily for use with 2-1/2" strips making it a great project for pre-cuts, or cut your own 4-1/2" strips.
Great for novice quilters just learning the quilting process to experienced quilters looking to complete a quick project.
Easy sew-by-number construction:
1. Cut fabrics.
2. Sew by number, through all layers.
3. When you've completed the numbers you're nearly done.
Approximate finished size: 15" x 14" x 4"
Fabric requirements:
1/4 yd. Each of six to 10 fabrics or twenty 2-1/2" x 42" fabric strips
2/3 yd. Lining fabric
1/4 yd. Binding fabric
