A square version of the ever popular Jelly Roll Rug!

Carry on the phenomenal Jelly Roll Rug craze with this new unique square version, with mitered corners.

A fun twist of the rug construction technique is used to create this square version. It uses one Jelly-Roll PLUS a little extra fabric to complete this charming rug

This version will still use 40 pre-cut 2-1/2" Fabric Strips, PLUS a little extra yardage will be needed for borders, etc.

For an even smoother process, consider using the optional Fabric Tube Maker by Clover, sold separately.

The rug finishes at approximately 30" Square.

Requirements:
• One forty-piece collection of 2-1/2" fabric strips (40 strips)
• One and two-thirds yards 100% Cotton Batting 90-96" wide or 50 yards of 2-1/2" Cotton Batting Strip Roll (2 rolls)
• 2/3 yds. of coordinating fabric for binding (1/3 yds. for Border 1 and 1/3 yds. for Border 2)

Pellon Easy-Knit Quilting Batting & Seam Tape is suggested if cutting batting strips from yardage.
