Cut fabric for long periods of time with this rotary cutter that fits comfortably in your hand.

Clover's 28mm Rotary Cutter cuts fabric beautifully with the right amount of blade exposed, whether held upright or at an angle.

Pull the lever in the direction of the arrow to raise the cover and expose the blade for cutting.

When closing back the blade push the lever in the direction of arrow to cover blade for greater safety.

Practical soft-cushion handle.

Instead of a scissor, consider cutting out pattern pieces with a 45mm or 28mm Rotary Cutter, Mat, and Ruler. A 28mm Rotary Cutter easily cuts curves such as sleeve caps and armscyes.

Can be adjusted for left or right handed use.

Includes one extremely sharp steel 28mm rotary blade.

Note: When cutting, be sure to place cutting mat underneath fabric.
