Instructions:
1. To determine the width of the fabric strip, measure from the tip of the ruler to the line of the finished square. Cut the strip to this width.
2. Align the ruler line of the finished square with the bottom edge of the fabric strip.
3. Cut along the straight edges. Rotate the ruler, realign, and cut.
