Guatemalan native Priscilla Bianchi, quilt artist, designer and international teacher, represents a unique personality in today's fiber arts world. Her one-of-a-kind art quilts and wearables combine American quilt-making with the richness and ethnic appeal of Maya Guatemalan hand-woven textiles, colors, patterns, and
symbolism, giving life to a myriad of designs that are fresh and innovative. She lives and operates her Maya textile export business from her hometown in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Her original artwork is exhibited internationally and has been acquired by the Museum of Art & Design (formerly American Craft Museum) in New York City and many private collectors. Priscilla teaches and lectures around the world.
