NEW! AccuQuilt GO! Mini Oven Mitt Die

AccuQuilt GO! Mini Oven Mitt Die
Item #: AQ55640

Unleash your creativity with the AccuQuilt GO! Mini Oven Mitt Die, a must-have for sewing enthusiasts looking to craft charming and practical kitchen accessories.

This die makes creating delightful mini oven mitts a breeze, perfect for adding a personal touch to gift baskets or enhancing your own kitchen.

These mitts ensure your hands stay safe from heat when using a protective layer of Insul-Bright plus cotton batting.

Note: Be sure to use heat-resistant batting like Insul-Fleece Batting plus cotton batting like Wrap-N-Zap Batting for protection that standard batting alone will not provide.

Finished size: Approximately 5-3/4" W x 8" L x 1" D

For best cutting results, position the fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller.

To cut one mini oven mitt:
1. Cut rectangles of insulated batting, cotton batting, lining, and outer fabric.
2. Lay lining fabric right side down on a table in front of you. Top with corresponding size of cotton batting, insulated batting, and outer fabric, in that order. Pin or baste together. Quilt as desired.
3. Lay “sandwiched” pieces on the die over the blades for the Outside, Inside Top, and Inside Bottom with the outer fabric facing up. Place one 2 1/4" x 4" fabric rectangle on the Hang Loop section. Place mat over and cut.

AccuQuilt Cutting Mat Required: GO! Cutting Mat, 10" x 24" (25.4 cm x 61 cm)
