Cut Size: Hat 2-1/4"W x 2-3/4"H (5.7 cm x 7.0 cm), Beard 2-1/8"W x 2-1/4"H (5.4 cm x 5.7 cm), Body 2-3/8"W x 2-3/4"H (6.0 cm x 7.0 cm), Nose 3/4"W x 5/8"H (1.9 cm x 1.6 cm), Shoe 7/8"W x 3/8"H (2.2 cm x 1.0 cm).
Finished Size: 2-3/8"W x 6"H finished (6.0 x 15.2 cm).

• Apply fusible web product to the wrong side of the fabric, following manufacturer’s instructions, before cutting for fusible appliqué.
• Hat: Cut and fuse 2 3/4" x 3 1/4" rectangles. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 12 hats across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 156 hats.
• Beard: Cut and fuse 2 5⁄8" x 2 3/4" rectangles. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 14 beards across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 182 beards.
• Body: Cut and fuse 2 7⁄8" x 3 1/4" rectangles. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 12 bodies across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 144 bodies.
• Nose/Shoe: Place scraps on blade and cut.
