Shipping policy

owned and operated by NZ Productions, LLC. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday,
except on National holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment
of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Express Shipping Services are only available for orders with in-stock items
received by 3:00 p.m. Central Time – with delivery addresses located within
the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping rates*
Shipping rates: $5.95 for orders up to $24.99
$7.95 for orders $25.00 to $49.99
$9.95 for orders $50 and up
*Applies to U.S. residents in the 48 contiguous states. Express Shipping
delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
nz-productions-llc.myshopify.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S.
Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment to international addresses
International shipping rates apply to orders outside the 48 contiguous
states. Actual shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. NZ Productions, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to
your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of
the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active
within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NZ Productions, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to
your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of
the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
NZ Productions, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during
shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment
carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged
goods before filing a claim.
